ClearScript Online

ClearScript is a software from Diego Semmler, which increases the readability of scanned texts and compresses it very well.

f you scan a text, the background is not unicolor, but consists many different colors and maybe even fragments of the back page. This is not very beautiful and also you can't compress such pictures very well without making the image poor quality. ClearScript is an extendable filter that solves this problem by doing convolutions in different directions. Edges get in grey tones, which makes the image sharp and well readable.

All pictures are calculated in the browser and nothing is transferred to my server.

Here is the offline-version, which achieves even better compression due to a better library.
